What is Inner Life Yoga Studio?

It is a supportive environment for learning the ancient art and science of yoga and meditation, as ways of: understanding and letting go of the roots and effects of stress, and for uncovering natural health of body, mind and spirit.

Iyengar Style Yoga

This style of teaching yoga was developed by B.K.S. Iyengar of Pune, India, who places an emphasis on precise alignment in yoga postures to maximize the benefits of the poses, and on the use of props to meet individual needs. He has developed therapeutic and restorative practices for various ailments, including back problems, headaches, fatigue, high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease.
